Tomato Quiche

  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup Braum's whipping cream
  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked
  • 1 cup Italian cheese blend, grated
  • 1/2 cup finely sliced basil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place the pie crust in the oven and cook for 7 minutes. Remove from the oven.
  2. Beat together the eggs, whipping cream, basil and green onions.
  3. Sprinkle the cheese on the bottom of the crust and then pour the custard over the top. place the tomato slices on top.
  4. Bake the quiche for 30-35 minutes or until it does not wiggle in the middle.
