Football is back! And with that fact, most people around the state will have their weekend plans sewn up in front of a television. But if you are one of those who will venture out, there are still a lot of fun things to do all across the state!
This week’s events range from dancing to camping. We even venture out of the metro a bit and feature the Backwoods Music Festival in Stroud.

Slide Outta Summer – Mitch Park, Edmond, Okla. – From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday:
Uptown Farmer’s Market – Uptown 23rd St., OKC – From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Twilight Concert Series: The Notionaries – Myriad Gardens, Downtown OKC – From 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Choctaw Oktoberfest – Old Germany Restaurant, Choctaw, Okla. – From Noon to Midnight
