EL RENO, Oklahoma -

El Reno police are looking for a suspect who threatened an 18-year-old woman with a knife and sexually assaulted her.

According to police, at about 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 30, officers responded to the report of a sexual assault that happened in the area of Ft. Reno Trailer Park, located at 1644 E. Highway 66. The victim told police she was assaulted while she was walking to a nearby home to feed abandoned kittens.

The victim described her attacker as a tanned or dark-skinned white man who is about 30 to 40 years old. He was wearing glasses and possibly has a beard.

The victim reported that the suspect threatened her with a knife during the assault. Officers searched the area, but they didn’t find any physical evidence or witnesses.

El Reno police are working with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) to compose a forensic drawing of the suspect. Police said they will release the forensic drawing as soon as it’s completed.

The victim has been transported by a family friend to an Oklahoma City medical facility for a sexual assault exam.

If you have any information, call El Reno police’s investigation division at (405)-295-9374, or Central Dispatch at (405)-262-2121.
