Police On Scene Of Reported Shooting In SW OKC Neighborhood

Posted: Updated:

Police were called to the scene of a reported shooting in a southwest Oklahoma City neighborhood, Thursday afternoon.

The details of the shooting were even more bizarre once officers got on scene. According to reports, the officers were called out to a home in the 1400 block of SW 46th St., between S. Penn. Ave. and S. Blackwelder Ave.

A shooting victim told police he was shot in the hand on Sunday. The victim did not seek treatment for the wound, but Thursday afternoon said he saw the suspect. The victim said the suspect shot at him again, but missed.

No suspect information has been released at this time. Investigators did not say how severely the victim's hand was wounded in Sunday's alleged shooting.
