Tips For Staying Cool This Summer

Posted: Updated:

Staying cool may prove difficult this summer, especially if you work outside.

Today, the rain pretty much has us covered but when we can't rely on the rain to cool us down here are some ways experts say can help.

If you’re A/C's broke or if you have to work outside, always keep a cold water bottle with you.

The cold water cools down your core body temperature.

Another way to keep cool, pulling the plug.

Experts say turning off every electrical socket will decrease the amount of heat in your home.

That also means turning off the lights.

Lastly, experts say eating spicy foods can help keep you cool

Though it may be the last thing you want to do, eating spicy foods like chilies can stimulate heat receptors in the mouth, causing you to sweat and therefore cools you down.
