Slow Cooker Creamed Corn

  • 6 cups fresh or frozen corn
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 pieces thick cut bacon, cut into small cubes
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Sauté the onion and bacon till the bacon is crispy.
  2. Place the corn in a slow cooker.
  3. Add the whipping cream, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese and sugar.
  4. Stir in the warm onion and bacon.
  5. Add salt and pepper.
  6. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
