Strawberry Salad in a Jar

1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Spinach

1/2 cup fresh pineapple, sliced

1 tablespoon sunflower seeds

2 tablespoons Champagne vinaigrette

2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup Rotisserie chicken, shredded

1-1 1/2 cup baby kale salad mix

Layer the salad in a wide mouthed pint and 1/2 or quart size Mason jar. Place the ingredients in the jar in this order: dressing, veggies (excluding salad), protein, nuts or crunchies, and then the lettuce. Seal well with lid and Mason jar band. Refrigerate for up to 5 days!
