Baked Egg Cups

1 sheet of chilled puff pastry

4 tablespoon chive and onion cream cheese

4 eggs

4 slices cooked bacon

Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the puff pastry into fourths. Using paper tart cups (or a large Texas sized muffin tin) place one piece of the puff pastry into the bottom of the pan and allow it to lay over the sides. Don't press the puff pastry into the pan…just lay it in there. Add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese and lightly spread over the pastry. Place a piece of bacon over the top of the cream cheese and then crack a fresh egg over the top of the bacon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 10-15 or until egg is cooked through. Serve warm!
