Police: One Person Was Shot In A Stillwater Intersection

STILLWATER, Oklahoma -

A person was shot Monday afternoon in a Stillwater intersection, police said.

The shooting happened at 3:30 p.m. in the area of 13th Avenue and Fern Street in southeast Stillwater, police Capt. Kyle Gibbs said.

Multiple people called police to report hearing gunshots in the area.

The gunshot victim went to the Stillwater Medical Center emergency room for treatment.

The victim is a 35-year-old resident and is in good condition, Gibbs said.
