PSO: Squirrel Causes Power Outage In NE Tulsa

<p>Public Service Company Oklahoma has restored service to about 5,400 customers in northeast Tulsa&nbsp;after a squirrel&nbsp;caused a problem&nbsp;at a&nbsp;substation.</p>

Public Service Company Oklahoma has restored service to about 5,400 customers in northeast Tulsa after a squirrel caused a problem at a substation.

The utility says the outage was centered around the substation at 1045 North Mingo Road.  

Tulsa Public Schools says the outages affected six of its buildings.

PSO said it restored power in about 40 minutes. It did not say what happened to the squirrel.
