Your 2 Cents: HS Basketball Team Asked To Leave League

Posted: Updated:

A girls basketball team in Minnesota has been kicked out of the league for being so good the other teams just didn't want to play them, great message we're sending all those girls right? Here's what you had to say about it.

Mike in Perry first: "Our society today doesn't want to work harder and succeed when you can just cry "unfair" and get the rules changed."

Jason says: "It's all starting to reflect in our young adults now. They want everything for nothing. But it's ok. It's the fair thing and they're entitled to it."

Shasta in Mustang writes: "This is how you raise up a bunch of cry babies! Encourage your kids to work harder & get better!"

David from Blanchard says: "If you're telling another team to leave cause you don't want to go up against them cause they're better than you, it's time to get a new coach."

From Patricia: "They need to learn to live in the world as it is; not just the world mommy and daddy want you to live in"

Finally, Claud says: "I guess the logic behind kicking out the winning teams would at least mean the Dallas Cowboys would be in the Superbowl."

I'm Kelly Ogle and that's YOUR 2 Cents.
