Emergency crews are on the scene where downed power lines have been reported at Harrah High School Thursday afternoon.

Several News 9 viewers sent us photos of downed power poles near the school, located at 20370 Elm St. in Harrah. They reported that power is out at the school.

A parent told News 9 she can’t pick up her child, because there are power lines draped over some vehicles in the parking lot.

Bob Mills SkyNews9 HD flew over the scene. Pilot Jim Gardner reported that Elm Street is blocked in the area due to downed power poles.

A line of severe storms moved across the Oklahoma City metro area Thursday, producing rain, strong winds and hail.
