Oklahoma City police arrested a man who was caught on a store’s surveillance camera exposing himself to three children.

Kyle Gene Bird, 36, has been charged with three counts of indecent exposure after former felony convictions, court documents stated.

According to police, on Saturday, October 10, Bird exposed his genitals twice to three children, ages 6,8, and 11, in the Bargain Thrift Store located at 4545 N.W. 16th Street. Police said the entire incident was caught on the store’s surveillance cameras.

Officers were able to identify Bird through his vehicle and physical description to a crime incident report taken the previous day. Police said Bird was positively identified by video surveillance images and images in his OK Sex Offender Registration files.

According to police, Bird was previously convicted of second-degree burglary, exhibition of pornographic material to a child, two counts of indecent exposure, and indecent or lewd acts with a child.

Bird has been arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail. He is being held on $250,000 bond.
