OKLAHOMA CITY -

Police are looking for a man who robbed an Oklahoma City Pizza Hut restaurant while he was armed with a sawed-off shotgun, and assaulted the employees.

According to police, at about 11:30 p.m. on Friday, September 18, officers responded to the report of an armed robbery at a Pizza Hut located at 6324 S. Western Avenue.

Employees told police that the suspect entered the restaurant and immediately pointed the shotgun at them. The man reportedly ordered the employees to open the cash register drawer. After he took the cash from the drawer, police said the suspect tied up the two employees and ordered them to lie face down on the floor in the office area.

The restaurant's delivery driver returned a short time later. Police said the suspect demanded money from the delivery driver at gunpoint.  The driver complied, and the suspect tied up his hands behind his back and ordered him to lie on the office floor with the other two employees.

According to police, the suspect asked the employees how to get the store’s surveillance footage. The delivery driver told the suspect that another employee who’s coming back to the restaurant could get it. That’s when the suspect became angry and kicked the delivery driver several times in the face.

The suspect then left the scene. On Wednesday, September 23, police released a surveillance photo of the suspect. If you have any information, call Crime Stoppers at (405)-235-7300 or text (405)-415-5666. Your tip could not only get a violent felon off the streets, but also earn you a cash reward of up to $1,000.
