Rain And Storms Keep Things Cool In Oklahoma

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be widespread Sunday morning and early afternoon.

By late afternoon the rain will taper from north to south. Skies will remain mostly cloudy with highs in the upper 70s. Another piece of energy will drop into Oklahoma helping to trigger a few more showers and storms in central and northern Oklahoma overnight. 

Showers will move east early Monday. Skies will clear out in the afternoon and temperatures will rebound to the upper 80s.

The week ahead generally looks dry with a mix of sun and clouds and highs in the upper 80s.
