Gasoline prices are continuing to fall in Oklahoma.

AAA Oklahoma said Tuesday the statewide average price for regular gasoline has tumbled 44 cents in less than a month and now stands at $2.13 a gallon.

AAA says the national average price for regular gasoline has fallen for 29 consecutive days to stand at $2.32 per gallon on Tuesday. The price is down seven cents per gallon from one week ago, 35 cents from one month ago and an average of $1.07 per gallon lower compared to a year ago.

AAA spokesman Chuck Mai says lower crude oil prices are driving the falling gas prices. The domestic oil market remains oversupplied, and the most recent report from the U.S. Energy Information Administration says inventories continue to build despite domestic production declines.
