Crash Snarls Traffic On I-40 In OKC

Traffic is backed up on Interstate 40 in Oklahoma City, due to a crash Tuesday morning.

Emergency crews have cleared the scene of the wreck on I-40 at Portland. However, traffic is still backed up on the interstate.
