Students Fired Up For 'Moore War'

A full-house witnessed the latest "Moore War" Friday night at Moore High Schools Football Stadium.

Westmoore was going for its 15th straight win in the series that dates back 28 years.  The Jaguars coasted to a 14-0 first half lead, but Moore battled back to tie the game. 

Westmoore would go on to win, but it was close.  

Earlier Friday, Moore High School fired up its players with a large pep rally in the school gymnasium.

“You know you grow up in Moore, you know what the ‘Moore War’ is. Like all the way through elementary school you know what the ‘Moore War’ is,” said Moore Cheerleader Kami Glenn.
