Cooler Tuesday In Oklahoma Due To Morning Showers, Storms

Showers and few storms hanging around this morning in central Oklahoma.

Chances will continue to go down as the morning rolls along. By this afternoon only a slight chance of scattered showers. Thanks to the morning rain and clouds, our highs this afternoon will be several degrees below average.

Looking for temperatures to top out in the 80s and low 90s. Enjoy this break from the heat while it lasts because the heat dome dominates our weather by the end of the week.

Highs will climb back up near 100 degrees and the heat index will soar up to 105-110 degrees.
