Police Investigate Shooting At West OKC Hotel

Police are responding to the report of a shooting at a hotel in west Oklahoma City, Monday afternoon.

According to police, one person called 911 to report that he had been shot multiple times in the parking lot of the Biltmore Hotel, located at 401 S. Meridian.

Police have not identified the victim at this time. Investigators tell News 9 the man was shot as he sat in his car in the parking lot of the hotel in what they suspect to be an attempted robbery. 

No suspect is in custody and so far there has not been any description of a suspect at this time.

Preliminary reports indicate that the victim has been transported to OU Medical Center.
