Dangerous Heat Expected All Weekend For Oklahoma

It’s another cooker Saturday, in Oklahoma. High temperatures will rise into the upper 90s and lower 100s in the afternoon with little cloud cover and heat index values anywhere from 102 to 115.

A few showers and storms may find their way into northwestern Oklahoma Sunday morning, but won't make it past lunch time.

The oppressive heat will take us through Wednesday before the heat dome drifts west and opens the door for a cool front. There’s chance for a few showers and storms by the end of the work week.

It doesn't look like much right now, but some folks will see rain.
