OSBI Arrests Pottawatomie Co. Man For Child Sexual Assault

OSBI agents arrested a Wanette man on several counts of child sexual assault, Wednesday afternoon.

The Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office say that Nicholas Glenn Farris, 24, is accused of having sexual contact with two children under the age of 16.

Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office requested the assistance of the OSBI and an investigation was opened mid-June.

Farris was arrested at his Norman attorney’s office in the 100 block of Peters Avenue, for one count of second degree rape, one count of forcible oral sodomy, and two counts of lewd or indecent proposals to a child under the age of 16. Agents have booked him into the Pottawatomie County Jail.
