Armed Suspect Arrested After Leading OKC Police On Foot Chase

A man armed with a gun was arrested after leading Oklahoma City police officers on a foot chase early Friday morning. 

According to police, this all happened in the area of N.W. 23rd and MacArthur around 3 a.m. Friday.

Police said an officer came in contact with a suspicious man hiding in an apartment complex. While searching the man, the officer found out that the man had a gun. That's when the suspect shoved the officer and took off running.

Eventually, K9 officers and Air One were called in. They helped take the suspect into custody.

So far the suspect's name has not been released.
