Small Earthquake Shakes Central Oklahoma

An earthquake was reported Saturday evening in Logan County, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

An earthquake was reported Saturday evening in Logan County, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

The 3.1-magnitude earthquake was reported about 7:20 p.m.

Its epicenter was located about seven miles south, southeast of Guthrie, nine miles north, northeast of Edmond and about 22 miles north, northeast of Oklahoma City, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The earthquake was about two and half miles deep.

No immediate reports of damage or injuries were reported.
