A 3.0 magnitude earthquake shook Sunday afternoon near Perry, Okla., the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

The earthquake happened at approximately 1:58 p.m.

The quake's epicenter was reported about 13 miles west of Perry, 21 miles east southeast of Enid and 28 miles west northwest of Stillwater.

No immediate reports of injury or damage have been reported.

According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), earthquakes with magnitudes ranging from 2.5 to 3.0 are generally the smallest ones felt by humans. Damage is more likely with quakes at magnitudes 4.0 and higher.
