Oklahoma City police have arrested a man who is accused of kidnapping a woman outside her home and raping her.

According to police, at about 5 a.m. on Thursday, June 11, officers responded to the report of a rape at Circle K, located at 2100 W. I-240 Service Road. The caller stated that a male suspect had carjacked her at her home and raped her.

The 25-year-old victim told police that she had gone out to her vehicle to retrieve an item. That's when the suspect, later identified as 30-year-old Chad Miller, forced her inside her car.

Miller reportedly threatened the victim with a knife and told her to “scoot over.” The victim said she was only able to move her top half over to the front passenger seat. Miller then held her legs down and forced her legs to control the brake and the gas, as he controlled the steering wheel with his other hand.

Miller, police said, drove the victim to a neighborhood south of W. I-240 Service Road and said, “You better listen. Or I'm gonna f******* kill you.” That's when he raped the victim in her car.

The victim said Miller kept on bragging about how good he was at raping women and that he does it all the time. Miller drove the victim to an apartment complex along the I-240 Corridor, where he showed the victim a pickup truck and explained to her that he had his own vehicle.

Miller reportedly then drove to the Circle K store on W. I-240 Service Road, where he raped the victim again.

According to police, Miller grasped the victim's wrists and forced her to go into the convenience store with him to get a drink. While they were inside the store, Miller forced the victim to hold his hand as they walked around the store.

The victim said she was able to get away from Miller to ask the clerk for help. That's when Miller ran out of the store and took off in the victim's vehicle.

Friday afternoon, the Oklahoma City Police Department posted surveillance photos of the suspect on its Facebook page. Thanks to tips from citizens, police were able to identify the suspect as Miller.

Miller was arrested early Sunday morning and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on numerous charges, including three counts of rape.
