Police Investigate Shooting At NW OKC Apartment Complex

Police are investigating a shooting at an apartment complex in northwest Oklahoma City, Thursday morning.

According to police, officers are responding to the report of a shooting at the Highlands Apartments, located at 12701 N. Penn.

Police said the victim showed up at Mercy Hospital. It appears that he had been shot in the mouth. His injuries are not life-threatening.

The suspect reportedly left the scene in a silver Mercedes. Police said he was possibly wearing no shirt and a black hat. No further descriptions are available at this time.
