“There are 49 million Americans struggling with hunger and we want to help. To do our part, we are excited to announce our first annual Family Day event, which will benefit Feeding America and member food banks,” said Peggy Cherng, co-CEO and co-founder of the Panda Restaurant Group. “The heart of Family Day is about families coming together to help families in need within our communities. By partnering with Feeding America and the Regional Food Bank, with the help of our Panda family we will help more families get the food they need.”

Founders and co-CEOs, Andrew and Peggy Cherng, created Family Day to partner with Feeding America, giving their customers an easy way to help families in their own backyard.

“Panda Express is a great new partner and we look forward to Family Day,” said Rodney Bivens, executive director of the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. “The promotion aligns perfectly with our mission, ‘Fighting Hunger…Feeding Hope.'”
