Oklahoma City police are looking for a suspect who was caught on camera robbing a Popeye's Chicken restaurant at gunpoint.
According to police, at about 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 2, officers responded to the report of a robbery in progress at Popeye's Chicken, located at 7612 S. Western.
An employee told police that the suspect came in through the back door, pointed a gun at him and demanded cash. He said the suspect was a tall, thin, white male wearing a dark hoodie and blue mask.
The employee said he began walking towards the front of the restaurant. That's when he heard the suspect slipping on the wet floor behind him. He said he turned around and the suspect had run out the back door.
While fleeing the scene, the suspect dropped his mask on the floor. Nothing was taken from the restaurant.
