Heavy showers and severe thunderstorms will continue across central and western Oklahoma, Saturday. Nickel size hail and 50 mph wind gusts will be the primary threat.
Saturday afternoon, severe thunderstorms developed through western Oklahoma moving NE into central Oklahoma. These storms pose a large hail, damaging wind, and an isolated tornado threat.
A Tornado Watch is in effect for most of southwest and central Oklahoma until 9:00 p.m. The Oklahoma County Tornado Watch was dropped shortly before 3:00 p.m. Saturday.
