Moderate to heavy rain continues to fall across the metro with lots of moisture moving up from the south.
Rain will stick around overnight with temperatures falling to the mid-60s.
The low responsible for our rain today will send several pieces of energy our way over the next couple of days. Rain chances wind down Wednesday morning. Skies stay cloudy here locally, but where we do get some brief clearing Wednesday afternoon storms will redevelop and become strong to severe.
The big threats will be large hail, damaging wind and isolated tornadoes. The biggest threat will be to our west. As of now, the threat for severe storms in central Oklahoma is low.
More storms are possible on Thursday and Friday.
