Mixture Of Sun And Clouds Tuesday In Oklahoma

High pressure and a north wind have kept temperatures cooler than normal Monday. A weak disturbance passing through Monday night will increase cloud cover and put storm chances back in the forecast. There is only a slight chance central Oklahoma will see these isolated storms. Chances increase Tuesday morning. Severe weather is not expected during this time.

Look for a mixture of sun and clouds Tuesday with slightly warmer temperatures in the low 70's. As a front lifts into the area we will increase our storms chances in central and southern Oklahoma. Any chance for severe weather stays in far southwestern Oklahoma.

Storm chances look best for the metro right now on Wednesday. Severe weather is possible this day with large hail, damaging wind, and a few tornadoes possible.
