Metro Student Killed In Crash, Two Hospitalized

Emergency crews responded to a fatal multi-car accident at N.W. 122nd and Portland, Friday afternoon.

The accident occurred on the east side of John Marshall Mid-High School. One car struck a power pole causing power outages in the area.

Authorities have confirmed one person has died and two others have been transported to a local hospital. Oklahoma City Public Schools said the three people involved in the crash were students at John Marshall Mid-High School. All evening activities and Saturday activities at John Marshall were canceled after the crash as the district mourns the loss.
