A federal judge denied the injunction request of an activist group hoping to stop Seattle elephants from being transported to OKC Zoo.

Tuesday, a judge denied the injunction filed by ‘The Elephant Justice Project,' which removes another barrier to elephants, Chai and Bamboo arriving in Oklahoma.

On April 3, a King County judge in Seattle also denied the group's request for an injunction.

Woodland Park Zoo agreed not to move the elephants to the Oklahoma City Zoo before April 8.
