Partly Cloudy And Warm Monday In Oklahoma

It's cool this morning with much of the state in the 40s and 50s. Skies are partly cloudy to mostly clear with light south winds. 

Later today, we will warm up by late day with a high near 77 degrees here in central Oklahoma. Southerly winds pick up 15-20 mph and the UV index will be a 7 out of 10 today. 

Thunderstorms will be possible in far Northwestern Oklahoma but the chances are only 20 percent or so. More chances for thunderstorms will come in Tuesday and Wednesday so you will want to be weather aware for those days.

We are into severe weather season now and this would be a great time to get your shelters cleaned out and make sure you have a plan of action for home and at work.
