OKLAHOMA CITY -

An investigation is underway after a man walked into an Oklahoma City emergency room with stab wounds early Friday morning.

According to police, at about 1:30 a.m., officers rushed to N.W. 31st and Drexel after several people reported hearing gunshots. They sectioned off an area and began an investigation into what happened. Officers said they found shell casings in the area.

About the same time, they received word about a victim with multiple stab wounds at Integris. But police haven't gotten too much information out of that victim. He wasn't being cooperative with both treatment or information on how he ended up with stab wounds.

We spoke with police and they have been able to link the two cases. As for that victim, he is expected to survive, but again, not helping police as they work to piece this all together.
