Emergency Crews Respond To Officer Involved Accident In SE OKC

Emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle accident involving a police patrol car in southeast Oklahoma City, Wednesday night.

According to authorities, it happened at S.E. 149th and S. Hiwassee Rd.

Authorities said two officers traveling in the same patrol car were both transported to a local hospital, as well as one person from the mini-van involved. They suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Early Friday morning, News 9 learned that both officers and the driver of the mini-van have been released from the hospital.
