Quick Tropical Chicken Salad

4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed

1/2 cup pineapple, chopped

4 celery sticks, chopped

2 green onions, chopped

Toasted macadamia nuts, chopped

1/4-1/2 cup sweet vidalia onion salad dressing or poppy seed dressing

Toss all of the ingredients together. Allow the chicken salad to set for at least an hour before serving. Serve in a small dish with crackers or over a bed of lettuce.
