Over $2 million worth of cocaine was discovered during a routine traffic stop in northeast Oklahoma City on Sunday.

An Oklahoma County Sheriff's deputy pulled over a pickup driven by 46-year-old Rafael Armando Rocha on I-35, near NE 122nd St., after he noticed the pickup make an unsafe lane change.

During the stop, Rocha gave the deputy permission to search the vehicle. In the backseat of the truck the deputy discovered a black suitcase which contained several bricks of cocaine weighing approximately 55 pounds.

Rocha was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on one count of Drug Trafficking. He posted $25,000 bond and was released from jail on Monday.

The estimated street value of the seized drugs is approximately $2.2 million.
