Eastern Oklahoma School District Closes Doors Due To Flu

Midway Public Schools on the McIntosh/Muskogee County line will be closed Tuesday due to the flu.

The district canceled classes as a preventative measure.

No word on how many children are sick.

Last week, the Morris school district was hit hard by the flu. They closed their doors Thursday and Friday after about 15 percent of their students and almost a dozen staff members called in sick.
