Scene Cleared After OKC Bomb Squad Investigated Suspicious Device

OKLAHOMA CITY -

The Oklahoma City Police Department confirmed the scene has been cleared after its bomb squad checked out a suspicious device in the area of NW 16th Street and Drexel Boulevard Monday evening.

During the investigation police evacuated the Terry Supermarket nearby. 

Officials said the device was under a pickup truck. The device was discovered to be some sort of construction equipment and no threat to the area, police said.
