The Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters believes the tape of an altercation between OU running back Joe Mixon and a co-ed is an open record, and I agree.

The incident sparked heated debate, and the tape should be released to the public in my opinion.

Here's what you had to say:

Wyndyle in Ardmore first: "Hold their feet to the fire."

But Sooner Nick says: "What does it matter what happened that night... He has been processed thru the court and punished accordingly."

And Tom adds: "You said you wanted to make up your own mind if the ruling is fair. It isn't up to you or me or anyone else to decide if it's a fair resolution. It is up to the Judge"

Claud writes: "I agree with you. Something does not seem right here."

David wasn't happy with me: "Please quit letting your OSU biased opinion affect you professionalism. It was a subject on a radio show... "

Charlene says: "it may make people feel differently if they see what really happened. If the girl hit him first it might make her look so bad that people will be disgusted that he got charges and she didn't."

Amanda in Edmond: "Student athletes on scholarship should be held to a standard and if it's as bad as it sounds like it is then it should be shown and he should be kicked off the team."

Finally, Bobbie in Wellston says: "Let us see this tape What are you trying to hide."

I'm Kelly Ogle and that's Your 2 Cents.
