OKLAHOMA CITY -

Two students were taken into custody after another student was threatened with a knife at Putnam City West High School Thursday morning.

According to police, officers originally responded to the report of a stabbing near the school. When they arrived at the scene, police learned that a student had threatened another one with a knife.

According to authorities, at about 9:30 a.m., two senior students got into a fight in the cafeteria of the school over "school issues." One student pulled out a knife during the fight.

The suspect reportedly ran away with another student following the incident. They were both captured on Overholser Drive near 16th Street, southwest of the school.

No one was stabbed. Police said the victim was only grazed by the knife.

Police are questioning the suspects and the victim, as well as other witnesses at the scene.
