Stranded in Atlanta after tumultuous weather and numerous cancellations at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, News 9's Bobbie Miller and her daughter Margo were forced to find a hotel for the night. They hoped for a flight back to Oklahoma City the next day.

Bobbie and Margo got a room at Loews Hotel in Midtown Atlanta. While checking in at midnight with no bags and no essentials to take care of her one-year-old daughter, the night auditor Kevin drove to Walgreens to buy diapers.

That's not where above-and-beyond customer service ended.

The next day while in the airport, Bobbie realized they had left Margo's favorite stuffed toy, Baby Doll, in the hotel.

Bobbie said she tweeted @ Loews_Hotels for help, and they responded. In fact, they sent Bobbie a photo of the toy with a note saying “Don't worry, I'm on my way home.”

Margo couldn't be happier when she got her favorite toy back. And Bobbie said they will definitely stay at Loews Hotel again!
