Authorities Respond To Shooting, Stand Off In Weatherford

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said Weatherford police responded to a shooting that injured one and lead to a standoff Wednesday evening in Weatherford.

According to OHP, at 5:37 p.m. on Wednesday, troopers responded to E. Clark Avenue and S. Illinois Street with the Weatherford Police Department.

Troopers said Weatherford police received a call in reference to one person who was shot and transported to Weatherford Regional Hospital.

OHP said the suspect has barricaded himself in a residence.
