A cold front coming through today is just what we need to help cool our temperatures down. The impacts are already being felt across north and northwestern Oklahoma. This front is also just enough to help trigger isolated showers and storms this evening. Best chances still remain south and east of Oklahoma City. Rain chances wind down late tonight and overnight lows cool off to around 60 degrees.
The Oklahoma State Fair starts tomorrow, and we've got perfect weather coming into town for it. Lots of sunshine is expected Thursday with comfortably warm highs around 80 degrees.
A strong cold front is due to arrive on Friday. Scattered showers are likely during the day with afternoon temperatures around 60 degrees. It seems like we are going to get a real taste of Fall as we start the weekend. We top out around 70 on Saturday under mostly sunny skies.
