Shooting Reported In Northwest Oklahoma City

Police are responding to the scene of shooting in northwest Oklahoma City, Wednesday evening.

Officers were called to the scene in the 1600 block of W. Melrose Ln. just after 6 p.m.

It is unclear what led to the shooting or if anyone has been injured. According to unconfirmed scanner reports, a second shooting scene may have taken place in the 800 block of Oakdale Dr., about a block away.

Also according to scanner traffic, officers may have been serving a search warrant at the time of the shooting. Again those reports, so far, have not been confirmed.
