PONCA CITY, Oklahoma -

The Ponca City Police Department is investigating an online threat to the high school.

According to the Ponca City News, someone posted the threat on Facebook Wednesday morning and said the school's field house would be blown up and football players would be taken hostage.

Police have sent the message to the FBI and the Facebook post has since been removed. They're still trying to figure out who posted the threat.

Police say they've searched the school and found nothing.
