Honeydew Avocado Salsa

2 1/2 cups (1/2 inch) cubed honeydew

2 avocados, cubed small

1/4 red onion, diced

Zest and juice of a lime

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Pita chips or tortilla chips

Place all if the ingredients in a bowl and toss. Serve with tortilla chips.
