Police had their hands full after receiving a strange call regarding a man allegedly exposing himself in the parking lot of a convenience store in Warr Acres, Saturday afternoon.

Police were dispatched to the Family Dollar, located at 3907 N. MacArthur, at around 2:15 p.m. in response to the call. The suspect description was a black male in a blue Dodge Intrepid with a paper tag.

When officers arrived they did not locate the vehicle, but after searching the area they saw a vehicle matching the description in the parking lot a Buy For Less, located at 3701 N. MacArthur, parked close to the front of the store.

As the officer approached the vehicle he noticed all of the windows were a little fogged up. When he looked inside the passenger window he saw the suspect, later identified as Jerome McCoy, masturbating.

According to the officer, McCoy's pants were completely removed and his genitals were fully exposed. Inside the car with McCoy were several stuffed animals and dozens of roses. At that time the officer interrupted McCoy and placed him under arrest.

McCoy was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail. He is facing two counts of indecent exposure and one count of obstructing an officer.

Warr Acres police tell News 9 that McCoy has a previous felony conviction. They did not say for what he was previously convicted.
